You are eligible to take a Home Appliance on EMIs if you meet the following criteria:

• Age: Indian national between 19 to 65 years of age
• Income source: Salaried, self-employed or pensioner 
• Documents: One ID proof and one address proof
• Gap between two loan applications: 90 days

To take a Home Appliance on EMIs, you need to provide  one ID proof and  one current address proof
    
List of acceptable documents

PAN Card
If PAN Card is not available, then Form 60 with one of the three below documents

• Passport
• Voter ID Card
• Driving License

Home Credit India gives you the opportunity to opt for two Value Added Services on Home Appliance on EMIs:

• Extended Warranty

It is a bundled service that offers Payment Holiday, Early Foreclosure and Life Insurance benefits.

Payment Holiday
This facility allows you to postpone your monthly instalment by a month. Customers are eligible to avail Payment Holiday after paying the first two EMIs on or before the due date. The service can be used twice during the loan term, with at least one EMI having been paid between two services. The loan term increases by one month every time this service is used.

Free Early Repayment 
Customers can foreclose the loan any time during the loan term without any additional charges. Points to keep in mind before availing this service:
The customer should not be delinquent.
The request should be raised at least 5 days before the due date in case EMIs are paid through Direct Debit mode. Customers paying EMIs via other payment modes can raise the request any time before the due date.

Life Insurance
Get a Life Insurance for 1.5 times the loan amount to cover loan obligations arising out of unforeseen circumstances such as death due to accidents, illness and natural causes. During the claims process, the loan’s outstanding principal will be settled first, and then the remaining amount will be given to the nominee.
 

Please send a copy of the death certificate to care@homecredit.co.in and mention the customer’s name, loan account number and phone number in the subject line. You are required to share the insured person’s death certificate, insurance application form and other required documents with the service provider to process the claim.
