Visit your nearest Axis Bank branch
Ask for the payment through the "Easy Pay" service
On the top of the deposit slip mention "I-SURE PAY-HCIP".
In place of Name of A/C holder mention "Home Credit India Fin. Pvt. Ltd-HCIP"
Mention Contract ID- (refer loan summary) in place of 'Particulars' on left hand side and in place of Bank and on right hand side of the deposit slip and rest details as per the columns.
Mention Amount with correct denominations.
Make cash payment of monthly payable amount.
Collect the signed & stamped deposit receipt from the banker.
e-Collect - Payment through NEFT/Fund Transfer using internet banking
To initiate a payment through fund transfer the customer needs to perform the below mentioned activities.
Add beneficiary: This is a procedure where in the customer needs to add a beneficiary before making payment for Home Credit through the option of E-Collect.

I have opted for Direct Debit as repayment mode but EMI amount has not been debited from my account?
The EMI due amount is automatically debited from your bank account under the Direct Debit option on successful registration of the Direct Debit mandate. The common reasons for mandate registration failure are:
Account details mismatch between mandate form and your bank account
Signature mismatch between mandate form and your bank account
The amount could also not be debited because of insufficient fund in the account
I have made the payment for my loan in the wrong contract number. How can I rectify this error?
Please share your payment receipt at care@homecredit.co.in along with the correct and incorrect contract numbers. Post receiving these details, it will take 3 working days to rectify the error
How do I change my EMI due date?
EMI due date is a system generated date during the loan application process and cannot be changed during the loan period

Register Standing Instructions on Net Banking/Debit Card for EMI payments
Click here and follow the steps below to register for standing instructions for EMI payments
Enter your contract number and registered mobile number (RMN) to receive the OTP
Enter the OTP received on RMN, click on confirm
Select the contract number for which mandate is to be set-up
Min amount, Max amount & Frequency will be pre-populated.
Select bank and branch either manually or through entering IFSC code
Enter bank account number, account holder name, bank account type
Select tick mark next to terms and conditions, click on submit
After clicking on terms and conditions, the following screens will be visible
Click on accept to proceed further
Click on register now (on 3rd party/ selected bank page) & pay ₹. 2.00
Select internet Banking or ATM cum debit Card, of preferred bank and complete the registration
